- CASH ONLY, any other form of payment will be charged a $10 fee
- We do not work over others so please book a removal, then full set
- You are allowed a 10 minute grace period, otherwise your appointment will be cancelled
- All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE, if you would like to reschedule, please do so 48 hours prior to your appointment
- You are only allowed 3 reschedules before having to pay another deposit
- No call/no shows will be charged a $50 rebooking fee aside from the $10 deposit
- You must have 50% of your lashes to qualify for a refill, otherwise you will be asked to reschedule and pay another deposit
- If something happens to your lashes you have 48 hours to let us know, or else you will have to book a refill or full set appointment
- Please no extra guests unless they are being serviced as well
